Who is responsible for your data
Luxury Cars of Dubai, operated by Jango Digital, Copenhagen, Denmark, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. For anything data-related, write to hello@luxurycarsofdubai.com.
What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive what you type: your name, WhatsApp number and/or email, your dates, the car you chose and your message. Our systems also record basic technical data such as IP address, country and browser. With your consent, analytics events tell us which cars and pages are viewed.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and arrange the rental you asked for (performance of a contract or the steps before one), to measure and improve our own advertising (consent and legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations. We never sell your data and we never use it for third-party marketing.
Who receives it
To deliver the car, the licensed rental operator fulfilling your booking receives your booking details. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting and form storage), Google (Tag Manager and, with consent, analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there). Some providers process data outside the UAE and the EU under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a rental are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Booking records connected to a completed rental are kept as long as bookkeeping and legal requirements demand, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR, you can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, and receive a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@luxurycarsofdubai.com and we act on it promptly. EU/EEA visitors can also complain to their local data protection authority.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site running. Analytics stays off until you accept it in the cookie banner. The details live in our cookie policy.
