Ferrari Portofino M

The Portofino M is the most usable convertible Ferrari builds. Its 3.9 litre twin-turbo V8 makes 612 horsepower through the rear wheels, paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch that delivers 0 to 100 km/h in 3.45 seconds and a 320 km/h top speed. The retractable hardtop folds away in around fourteen seconds at low speed, which means you can drop the roof at a red light and have it sealed again before the climate control complains.

What sets it apart is how easily it fits into normal days. Two adults sit comfortably up front, the rear seats handle shorter journeys, and the ride settles right down in the softer Manettino modes. This is a genuine grand tourer wearing the Prancing Horse, the Ferrari you take to dinner in DIFC and then on to a longer drive without giving your back a second thought.

In Dubai that flexibility is the whole point. Run it down Palm Jumeirah in the evening with the roof open, loop the Marina and JBR, or point it at the Hatta mountain roads for a longer day out. The hardtop seals it tight and quiet for the hottest part of the afternoon, then folds away again the moment the air cools and the light goes gold.
