Yes. From AED 4,000 per day for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan: insurance, 250 km a day, free delivery and pickup and VAT are already in it. The only thing left to confirm is that the car is free for your dates.
What deposit applies?
A refundable AED 5,000 security pre-authorisation, held at handover and released after you return the car. We never charge it unless there is damage, a fine or excess mileage.
